Found the manga I was talking about before. It's called Kanata Kara.

Maybe another reason I liked Strawberry Panic was that it's alot like Mara-sama Miteru, with the all girl school system and all. Etoile is like the Rose family. However, the difference stands that Mara-sama Miteru is more pure while Strawberry Panic is not. 2nd Opening to Strawberry Panic was a bit disturbing, although I couldn't help notice that the opening is similar to Gundam Seed openings.
